About the project
A small freehold building between Orchard and Stevens
Kheng Leong bought the freehold site at 21 Anderson Road for S$213 million and redeveloped it. On 50,166 sq ft of land it built just 18 homes in two 10-storey blocks, with only two homes on each floor.
The design team is unusually strong for the size of the project. Ernesto Bedmar, also the architect of 32 Gilstead, did the building. Zen garden designer Shunmyo Masuno did the landscape, and Paris house Studio Liaigre did the interiors. Kitchens use Gaggenau appliances throughout.
The 4-bedroom homes are 4,489 sq ft. The two ground-floor 2-bedroom homes are 3,197 sq ft with private gardens next to the pool. The two penthouses are 10,452 sq ft triplexes with private pools, saunas and wine cellars. Both penthouses are sold.
Facilities
32 m lap pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, sun deck, gym with Technogym equipment, clubhouse, pavilion garden, BBQ pit and a 24-hour concierge at the basement arrival lobby.
